Essential Works at Tulse Hill Surgery
We would like to let patients know that essential building improvement works will be taking place at our Tulse Hill branch during August.
To allow these works to be completed safely, there will be some temporary closures and service changes on the following dates:
Tulse Hill Site Closures
- Monday 3 August – Tulse Hill Branch closed – full services at Crown Dale Branch
- Tuesday 4 August – Tulse Hill Branch closed – full services at Crown Dale Branch
- Wednesday 5 August – Limited clinical services available at Tulse Hill – full services at Crown Dale Branch
- Thursday 13 August – Tulse Hill closed for clinical services - Reception remains open – full services at Crown Dale Branch
- Friday 14 August – Tulse Hill closed for clinical services - Reception remains open – full services at Crown Dale Branch
What does this mean for patients?
- Any appointments affected by these closures will be relocated or rearranged where necessary.
- Patients will be contacted directly if their appointment needs to be moved.
- During the closure periods, services will continue to be provided from our other practice location – Crown Dale Branch.
- Reception services will remain available on 13 and 14 August for enquiries and assistance.
Why are these works taking place?
The works are necessary to improve the practice environment and infrastructure. During parts of the project the building will be without electricity and hot water, making it unsuitable for normal clinical operations.
Need to contact us?
Patients can continue to contact the practice in the usual way by telephone, online, or by visiting one of our reception desks. Our team will be happy to assist you.
We apologise for any inconvenience these essential works may cause and thank you for your patience and understanding while these improvements are completed.
