Yes. Registering with us transfers your NHS GP care to Northwood Group Practice. You can switch again in future if you wish.
How quickly will I be registered?
We aim to confirm registrations within 3 days (Monday to Friday).
I live outside Crown Dale — can I still register?
Yes. We accept patients across London as out-of-area patients.
