If you live outside Tulse Hill, you'll register as an out-of-area patient.
Important (please read before registering):
- Out-of-area patients cannot receive home visits from the practice
- You must be able to travel to the surgery for any face-to-face appointments
- Not recommended if you are housebound or have significant mobility issues
