Outbound Telephone Call Issues

As of Thursday 23 July, the Practice has been experiencing intermittent issues with making telephone calls to EE Mobile Phone numbers.

Engineers from our external telephony provider are investigating the issue, and working to resolve it as quickly as possible.

This means, there may be delays to some telephone calll appointments.

The Practice Team, have put in place measues to ensure there is minimal to no disruption to services, utilising alternative means to complete phone calls.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused, and thank you for your patience and support whilst the issue is resolved.
