Improvement and Repair Work

• Crown Dale Branch – North Wood Group Practice
• 17th November 2025 to 24th December 2025

These essential works are expected to last for approximately six weeks, and are part of our commitment to maintaining and improving the quality of care we provide. During this period, we are working hard to keep noise and disruption to a minimum.

However, we would like to make you aware of a few temporary changes:

• Appointment Availability: There may be fewer appointments available at Crown Dale Branch, as parts of the building will be inaccessible during the works.
• Alternative Site – Tulse Hill Branch: In order to ensure we maintain appointment availability, some patients may be offered appointments at our Tulse Hill branch. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility if you are asked to attend there instead, and it is not your preferred location.
• Car Parking: Due to the presence of essential equipment such as a skip and storage container, there will be reduced parking available at Crown Dale.

We understand that these changes may cause some inconvenience, and we are grateful for your patience and understanding as we carry out these improvements.
