Please join us at the Practice (Crown Dale Branch) for our final series of free digital inclusion workshops for patients. The aim of the sessions is to help you feel more confident and comfortable with technology to help you navigate your healthcare. Each session will have a particular focus: NHS App, Outpatient Care / My Chart and 1:1 Support. The sessions are being provided by local charity Clear Community Web: wwww.clearcommunityweb.co.uk 

The workshop is made up of three sessions, all being provided in September. You do not have to attend all three sessions in a workshop, but you can if you wish.

You do not have to have a device to come to a workshop e.g. a mobile phone, or a tablet, but it is useful if you can bring one.

Monday 30 September 10:30 - 12:00 1:1 Follow on Support and Recap
