Patient Participation Group

Our Patient Participation Group (PPG) meets to provide a forum for discussion about the practice.

About the Patient Participation Group

We wish to know how we can improve our service to you and how you perceive our surgery and staff.

To help us with feedback, including on future plans and your priorities, we have set up a patient participation group so that you can have your say.

We will ask this representative group questions from time to time: such as what you think about our opening times or the quality of the care or service you received. We will contact you via email and keep our surveys succinct so it shouldn’t take too much of your time (EPPG Membership).

Periodically (around once per quarter), the Patient Participation Group (PPG) meets (optional to attend in person or via video call), this is optional for patients to attend. This is a more in-depth opportunity to hear updates from the Practice and to discuss ideas. However, just being part of our EPPG membership, to receive surveys via email is welcomed.

We aim to gather patients from as broad a spectrum as possible to get a truly representative sample. We need young people, workers, retirees, people with long term conditions and people from non-British ethnic groups.

More members are always needed and welcomed so if you are happy for us to contact you occasionally, including with copies of the newsletter, by email please follow the link below to open the sign-up form and complete all the fields:
